Customise Your Training
We work with you to design PLD to meet your needs
goals, targets, and outcomes
focus, topic, and content
who, how, when, and where
follow-up and evaluation
The beauty with our customised service is that you get to choose at what point we become involved.
You may have already determined what your needs are and decided on a path of action, so all we need to do is design a workshop, and follow-up, to meet your specific goals. This could involve your whole staff or just some of your staff, such as working with your SLT to implement and manage the change process.
Alternatively you might want us to lead the process from data gathering, analysis, collaborative problem-solving through to developing a workshop specifically for your setting.
Our workshops are highly interactive and practical. Every workshop includes ‘community or culture building’ to ensure the best conditions for professional dialogue, and collaborative practice.
Everyone will be seated in teams, which will be determined by you and your goals for the training.
Multiple opportunities will be provided for processing, and sharing and listening to ideas and opinions about your content. This will happen with partners, teams, and the whole staff.
Follow-up, an important aspect to any PLD, will be relevant and timely to ensure uptake and implementation.

Timing and Duration
We are flexible around how we work.We can run sessions from 45 minutes to 6 hours, across several days.
You might choose to have a TOD or run twilight after school sessions. Maybe you’d like to release a team at a time, or have us model in a room while your staff rotate through over the day.
All costs will be determined by what is required. Creating a workshop tailored to your needs takes time, and often the actual event is the smallest amount of time.
We prefer to work on a contract rate, versus an hourly rate, as we find this is better value for you, and it keeps things simple and transparent.
NB The exception to this is if you are using Jennie as an Accredited Facilitator which is an hourly-rate model (as per MOE criteria and guidelines.)
